We as a company consist of two people, my husband Robbie and myself. We are both heavy Internet users, surfing the web, enjoying webcomics, games, videos, and random captioned pictures of cats, just like anyone else. That being the case, we wanted to take a few minutes to share what information this website may gather from you and in what ways we use it.

For the sake of clarity, whenever we refer to "we" below, that means Red Nebula Studios, i.e. Robbie and Sarrah Wilkinson. When we refer to the "user" below, that means you, the visitor.

What we gather

When a user posts a comment, their IP address is automatically collected. In addition, any information the user chooses to enter (Name, e-mail address, and website address) is also stored.

Currently, the Red Nebula Studios store is housed on ArtFire (view their Privacy Policy) and collects payments via PayPal (view their Privacy Policy). When a user makes a purchase, we receive their e-mail address, name, and home address in order to fulfill the order and communicate with them in case of a problem.

What we do with user's information

This section refers to all information we may collect, including a user's real name, e-mail address, mailing address, and IP address.

We may:

• Display a user's Gravatar icon using their e-mail address (which is always optional to enter)
• Send the user an e-mail to verify a store order, discuss rule violations in the comments section, or otherwise communicate with a user directly
• Store all data entered by users in the comments section indefinitely
• Send a user's purchase to the mailing address they enter in the store (obviously! :) )
• Store a user's name and mailing address in an offline database for future reference when they make a purchase in the Red Nebula Studios store

We will NOT:

• Display the user's mailing address or e-mail address to the public, nor sell, trade, or otherwise release the user's mailing address or e-mail address to outside parties.
  • Note that all information the user places in the body of a comment will be viewable to the public and is placed there at the user's own risk. Information placed in the "E-mail" field will not be displayed.
• Use collected e-mail addresses for any form of mass e-mailing.

Our Advertisers

To help support our website, Red Nebula Studios serves advertisements from third-party companies on our web pages. These companies may use cookies and/or collect information such as the user's IP address.
